We are qualified users of the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), allowing us to add more tangible candidate evaluation alongside our many years of experience. This psychometric assessment suite has been developed over 35 years, and we believe gives a highly insightful view of factors that sometimes may not be obvious in the first instance. The HPI defines peoples’ so-called ‘bright-side’ character traits – essentially the manner of their interpersonal interactions in optimal circumstances. Considering how much companies habitually invest into the individuals whom they hire, it makes sense to ensure that they have the best possible opportunities for integration.
