We have many different experiences and all take an active interest in the practices of others. Alongside the normal training and development of consultants, we take the time to teach other consultants about practices on which they are not focused. This ensures we are not blinkered in our approach, but have a rounded knowledge base from which to draw.
Hand-in-hand with the above is the belief that consultants should enjoy what they do. Our approach is to manage people by empowering them. We do not create endless red tape; instead, consultants are responsible for their own quarterly business planning and goal-setting. This entrepreneurial approach ensures consultants are independent in their thinking, whilst sharing the same Altus Partners vision.
