Altus Partners are delighted to be working with one of the leading global asset managers that specialises in the management of income and equity solutions. They operate on a global scale, with over $150billion AUM and are looking for a Client Services Associate to join their dynamic team in London.
This position will provide the candidate with a diverse set of responsibilities related to in-house and external client service functions.
Duties to include -
Coordinating and overseeing client service and prospecting materials such as presentations for meetings, RFPs, ad hoc reports and general correspondence
Point of contact for all client inquiries and collaborating with colleagues in other departments to successfully resolve them
Maintaining client files and CRM system/databases
Assisting their institutional clients in day-to-day report generation and responding to ad hoc requests
Developing a sound understanding of clients’ investments goals and objectives, and how their investment capabilities may be of value to their respective portfolios.
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in Investment Advisory environment (preferably in fixed income asset management).
Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks.
Experience in working with particularly the German KVGs but also other institutional investors across Europe (particularly Nordics, Netherlands, UK).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally another language.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
