THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners are delighted to be working with a leading investment manager looking to add a senior hire within its Finance Department. Managing a small team of qualified accountants your role will to ensure further stability and full ownership of the finance function. The client is looking for someone with a solid track record in either Real Estate, or Investment Management in both fund accounting along with financial control. Our client, like many will also support a flexible working pattern/working week.

 

THE ROLE:

Your role will include but by no means be limited to the following.

  • Manage a wide range of tasks such as Group Reporting, Tax, Audit, Annual Statements

  • Manage the companies Fund Accounting Department

  • Be the lead on the annual budget and forecasting timetable

  • Manage the group’s financial operations

  • This role will report directly into the Group CFO

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Having experience within Asset Management/Real Estate would be beneficial

  • Be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc) with at least 6-10 years post experience

  • Ideally worked on both corporate accounting & Fund Accounting
