THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners are excited to be partnered with a Private Equity backed technology business which  has a global presence and annual revenues of over £300m. Their unique technology has defined the way retailers approach e-Commerce and in today’s day and age their product is more relevant than ever. They are now seeking an experienced Head of FP&A to be based in their Central London headquarters who will take the business through their next stage of exponential growth.

THE ROLE:

  • Manage and lead the FP&A team

  • Responsible for delivering weekly and monthly performance reporting

  • Prepare and present performance and budget reporting to the board and senior stakeholders

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, implementation of automation initiatives, collaborating with technology teams

  • Develop the 5 year financial business plan with CFO

  • Lead the analytical review and insights into impacts of new regulatory developments and competitor analysis

  • Work closely with the investor relations team on understanding business performance

  • Assisting CFO in funding activities and due diligence

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 5+ years post qualified experience

  • Experience working within a PE backed environment desirable

  • Experience in technology industry beneficial

  • Strong technical accounting skills

  • Advanced Excel skills
