Altus Partners are delighted to be working with a high-growth Private Equity backed SaaS business, based in London. Following their recent PE investment from a leading mid-market fund, they are seeking an ambitious Head of FP&A to add to their talented team. This person will play a key role alongside the CFO in helping facilitate the company’s growth as they progress toward an exit event. The successful individual will be driven and self-motivated. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced, Private Equity backed environment, with a clear line for career progression.

THE ROLE:

  • Lead and manage the FP&A function including the finance team

  • Owning the annual budgeting process and analysis

  • Develop and maintain financial models including analysing key business KPIs

  • Business partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business

  • Provide financial analysis and decision-making support for key business activities and Board meetings

  • Help the CFO prepare the business for an exit event including board packs, and working alongside external investors and stakeholders

  • Championing change and transformation across the business

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Private Equity experience essential

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA

  • Modelling experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Great communication

  • Previous FP&A experience
