Our process

We follow a research-led model of executive search, tailored
to each client’s needs. This could include a business consultation and review,
full market-map, leadership planning, psychometric testing, technical testing,
as well as 90-day planning for new employees. Our clients have the ability to
pick all or a few of these to best suit their requirements.

We have carried out hundreds of successful searches since we
were established in 2009, ensuring that you have a partner who knows their
market and understands the nuances of the industry.

Our training

We are qualified users of the Hogan Personality Inventory
(HPI), allowing us to add more tangible candidate evaluation alongside our many years of experience. This psychometric assessment suite has been developed over 35 years, and we believe gives a highly insightful view of factors that sometimes may not be obvious in the first instance. The HPI defines peoples’ so-called ‘bright-side’ character traits – essentially the manner of their
interpersonal interactions in optimal circumstances. Considering how much
companies habitually invest into the individuals whom they hire, it makes sense to ensure that they have the best possible opportunities for integration.

Interim Solutions

Altus Partners have a strong track record in providing interim staff, supporting evolving businesses of all sizes. Interim executives are a powerful tool and provide our clients a flexible resource whether they are undergoing transformation, change, project implementation, turnaround or similar. We have a sophisticated infrastructure to support and enable these personnel:

  • Online - Timesheet, record and payroll management (candidate and client) is all through an online portal
  • Compliance - Candidates are thoroughly referenced and vetted prior to an assignment. AWR compliance is fully met with and monitored 
  • Relationship management - We maintain a close and ongoing relationship with all interim executives. These include those on assignment through Altus Partners and those not, ensuring long term loyalty and an ability to call on a specific skill-set at short notice. 
  • Testing - We can test candidates on a wide variety of IT packages, as well as psychometric profiling through Hogan. This ensures the required skill-set is proven prior to the executive starting.
