(HPI), allowing us to add more tangible candidate evaluation alongside our many years of experience. This psychometric assessment suite has been developed over 35 years, and we believe gives a highly insightful view of factors that sometimes may not be obvious in the first instance. The HPI defines peoples’ so-called ‘bright-side’ character traits – essentially the manner of their
interpersonal interactions in optimal circumstances. Considering how much
