Altus Partners have qualified in the design of, and management of assessment centres, which our clients typically use at Analyst or Newly Qualified level, to asses large numbers of candidates in a group based situation.
Altus Partners has delivered many hundreds of hours in one-on-one coaching and development sessions with future talent. We use it both for our own workforce and also to help develop clients. We can focus on specific areas of development or use a full-360 degree approach.
What better knowing that when you hire someone, you will quickly be able to fully utilise their talent? We work with clients, using psychometric evaluations to develop a 180 day plan for new hires and their managers or mentors. This programme can be easily set-up, to provide a step-by-step guide to the employees first 6 months.
