Indiya is an Associate in the Portfolio practice which specialises in placing C-Suite and Senior Manager level candidates into PE-backed corporates on a Pan- European basis.

The team's core disciplines include CFO search, financial team build-out/design and Corporate Development/M&A. As a former finance professional within a fund manager, Indiya now focuses on financial team build-out/design for Private Equity backed businesses.

Indiya graduated with a First-Class Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance. After graduating, she joined Belerion Capital Group, where she managed finance and operations. Having worked with the fund for several years, she has now moved to Altus Partners to work with PE backed businesses in designing best in class finance functions.
