Over the past 5 years, James has specialised in searches for C-suite and finance professionals for Private Equity backed businesses in the Mid to Large-cap space. His knowledge of the market has helped him build a strong track record of sourcing the best talent for crucial hires across a range of industries, most notably TMT, Healthcare and Consumer.
Career Background:
James studied English Literature at Sussex University, before joining a boutique search firm where he successfully ran and grew the Technology, Media and Telecoms desk. Following this, James co-ran another boutique search firm, where the focus was on senior finance and strategy hires for high growth Venture Capital and Private Equity backed businesses.
James joined the Altus Partners Portfolio Practice to expand the coverage in Private Equity across the UK and Pan-Europe.
