OVERVIEW & SPECIALISM:
Pete is a Senior Associate within the Portfolio team. His focus on placing the best in M&A and Corporate Development, from Director to Manager level, within PE Backed Businesses.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
Prior to Altus, Pete worked for a search business for 3.5 years, building out a desk placing Sales Leaders into Venture Capital and Private Equity backed Software Businesses. Before moving into the world of search, he spent 8 years as an Army Officer, serving in the Royal Artillery – leading large groups of people and solving problems.
INTERESTS:
Pete is a big fan of sport, supporting three teams devoid of silverware (Newcastle United, Gloucester RFC and the Atlanta Falcons) and still managing to play a steadily decreasing standard of rugby.
