THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners is delighted to be partnered with a market leading fund that is looking to expand its team focused on Direct Lending, based in Singapore. This role will play a pivotal role supporting the Chief Investment Officer to evaluate investment opportunities as well as working on the funds wider investment strategy.
THE ROLE:
Develop an independent view of deals forming an opinion on business quality, financial strength and risk of capital loss, identify and examine key risks and mitigants
Monitor and evaluate performance of portfolio
Understand, articulate and develop private credit investment strategy
Monitor private credit landscape for intelligence
THE REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have buyside experience at a direct lending firm, at the Associate to Manager level
You’ll be self-driven, intellectually curious and adaptable with a learning and growth mindset
You’ll have the ability to work well in teams and with different stakeholders, with maturity and confidence
Strong written and verbal communication skill
