THE SEARCH:

We have recently been retained on a particularly interesting role with a PE backed Healthcare business based in Amsterdam. The role will act as a direct right hand to the Groups CEO and will provide great insight to the operational challenges within a Private Equity buy and build.

 

THE ROLE:

In this international focused role you will utilise methodologies such as Project Management tools and techniques to support the delivery of Operational Excellence. Working in  partnership with the various European country management to identify, analyse and implement improvement opportunities in de clinics and labs and embedding a continuous improvement and learning environment that focuses on the needs of the customers and patients. Responsibilities include:

  • Support international teams to achieve our business objectives, achieving our financial goals and delivering the best care for our clients.

  • Together with international teams and business owners and by performing data analyses, identify patient experience problems, design ideal patient journeys and optimize processes. Ensure smooth change management and monitoring.

  • Deliver training and facilitation support in the field of project management and service thinking.

  • Actively research best practices and new methodologies as part of continuous learning and sharing and to coach and mentor international teams.

 
THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Data analysis; ability to process and interpret data

  • 5 years + experience in consulting background

  • Problem solving; capable of structured problem solving (root-cause analysis) 

  • Communication; ability to communicate effectively with different level in the organization and effective in cross-cultural communication and fully comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.

  • Collaboration; capable of constructively working with colleagues to achieve the objectives, highly adaptable and bringing positive energy.

  • Pragmatic; can-do attitude, analytical and logical thinking skills

  • Leadership; strong interpersonal leadership, presentation skills, convincing people with the right attitude in an international environment, taking care of local culture and way of working.
