Altus Partners are delighted to be mandated exclusively with this specialist asset manager, who offer a range of thematic and unconstrained global equity strategies as well as real asset funds. They have an enviable track-record and billions of dollars in AUM. They are now looking for a Senior Associate or Junior Associate Director to join the team, focused on Financials.

 

THE ROLE:

Your role will include but by no means be limited to the following:

  • Build up detailed stock coverage of 30-40 stocks (including Healthcare and/or Financials).

  • Assume wider responsibility for specific stock and sector coverage as well as idea generation

  • Produce investment theses, including models, valuation methodologies, target prices, recommendations for stocks

  • Work with the wider team, sharing ideas and recommending stocks.

  • Join Portfolio Review Meetings for all strategies

THE REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for the role, you will demonstrate the following:

  • 3-8 years’ experience in listed equities markets

  • Demonstrable stock picking track record

  • Generalist analyst coverage including Financials/Fintech experience thorough bottom up investment process

  • Strong quantitative valuation and modelling skills

  • Graduate – relevant subject – science, medicine, finance or environmental subjects

  • Finance qualification such as CFA
