THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners have partnered with a leading Global Investment Manager with a focus into Credit and Private Equity, in a search to find a Fund Accountant to join their growing fund. This is a brilliant opportunity as there will be scope for progression in the near future within the team. THE ROLE:
•Working with Investment and Execution teams to remain fully informed on deal progress, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet investment costs and expenses, whilst maximising returns to investors
•Partnering with our Investor Relations team in the preparation of materials which summarise the position of the funds for Investors.
•Working with Fund Administrators to produce accurate, complete quarterly accounts
•Working alongside Fund Administrator to maximise investor returns
•Preparation and delivery of regular reporting packs to senior management
•Liaising and collating information from external parties to execute loan, drawdowns and repayments.
•Working with Auditors and Investments Teams to ensure provisions of information and accurate delivery of annual audit
•Good understanding of FX / Hedging and leverage strategy
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
•18 – 24 months experience as a Fund Accountant
•Qualification (ACA / ICAS / ICAEW / CA)
•Ideally: private equity, investment, management or asset management experience
•Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
•Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
•Good Microsoft knowledge and excel skills
•Demonstrated experience working on a CRM system
