Altus Partners are currently partnered with a market leading Private Equity backed Digital Infrastructure business seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to provide key support to the CFO on crucial commercial projects, and have regular interaction with the private equity owners, as they are gearing for an exit within the next 2-3 years. The role can be based in Münster, Dusseldorf, Cologne or Hamburg,
THE ROLE:
Full ownership of management of the FP&A team
Responsible for delivering weekly and monthly performance reporting
Prepare and present performance and budget reporting to the board and senior stakeholders
Present board information alongside the CFO to the PE owners
Drive continuous improvement of processes, implementation of automation initiatives, collaborating with technology teams
Develop the 5-year financial business plan with CFO
Lead the analytical review and insights into impacts of new regulatory developments and competitor analysis
Work closely with the investor relations team on understanding business performance
Assisting CFO in funding activities and due diligence
THE REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years’ experience in a similar role
German native speaker
Experience working in a PE backed environment desired
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent stakeholder management
