THE SEARCH:
We are delighted to be working with a highly prestigious US-based private equity firm, who specialises in growth and middle-market investments across Europe. Having made multiple investments and successfully exited a high proportion to date, this market-leading firm is seeking to identify an Investment Associate to join the growing team in London, to manage and execute transactions across Europe, primarily within the technology industry including software, Internet technologies, and IT-enabled services.
THE ROLE:
Transaction execution of new deals including Assessment of management, the industry, historical financials, forecasts, valuation analyses etc.)
Ongoing portfolio management of firms within Software, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Computing, IoT, CRM, E-Commerce, Cloud computing, Healthcare technology.
Contribute to the investment strategy, typically 4-5 additional acquisitions are completed in each investment.
Engage in a high-velocity deal flow of around 6+ transactions a year, coupled with platform deals, bolt-ons to name a few.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 2 years of experience gained in a leading financial institution or private equity firm.
Strong understanding a proven track record in the TMT space, specifically software.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hardworking environment.
Excellent academics gained from a leading university.
