THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners is excited to be working with one of Europe’s most successful growth funds. The fund is looking for an Investment Associate to join the team and focus on Tech investing. The fund will invest from £30m - £300m across Tech, Business Services and Financial Services and is looking for an Investment Associate that has significant deal exposure to Tech deals at a similar level, having worked on deals from start to finish in an advisory or investment capacity. The fund has a highly impressive track record and has recently completed a fundraise. You’ll be heavily involved in the deployment of this fund which is focused on UK and European investments and this is an exciting period of growth for this fund.
THE ROLE:
Sourcing and screening new investment opportunities
Working on the entire deal process from start to completion
Work with portfolio companies and management teams, helping them realise their value
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Significant deal exposure, having worked on a number of deals in the growth / lower mid market space from start to completion in the technology space
Experience coming from either Consulting/ Investment Banking / Accounting (lead advisory) / Growth / Private equity
Strong analytical skills
High emotional intelligence
Impressive educational experience
