Altus Partners is excited to partner with a respected growth equity fund that invests primarily in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and hone one’s skills as an investor under the guidance of highly regarded and experienced professionals.

THE ROLE:

The Investment Associate can expect diverse exposure across workstreams, seeing processes from beginning to end and working hand-in-hand with senior team members. The core focus of the role will be assisting in the execution of new investments, monitoring the existing portfolio, and ad hoc involvement in other activities like fundraising.

Responsibilities will include, but by no means be limited to, the following:

• Analysing new investment opportunities

• Executing investments from start to finish

• Assisting with monitoring of investments, including modelling

• Given the lean team structure – a proactive approach to working on investments is required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Approx. 2-3 years experience with a leading consulting, investment bank, or practice firm focused on due diligence for M&A deals

• High level of technical aptitude

• A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Excellent academic credentials
