THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners is delighted to be partnering with a Private Equity House to find an M&A Manager for one of their portfolio companies based in Germany. They require a Native German speaker capable of executing the full M&A processes and implementing the strategy. The role will come with market leading salary, bonus, and equity. This role will suit someone working in a top strategy consultancy and Healthcare experience is essential.

 

THE ROLE:

 

  • Based in the Munich the role will report to the Group’s senior management team (CEO, CFO, COO and Head of M&A)

  • The role will be involved in conducting strategic acquisitions into new and existing markets, developing and implementing group strategy and key strategic projects

  • This is an exciting and dynamic role with attractive career development opportunities which will allow you to gain significant practical M&A and operational experience in the best in class roll up team

  • Involvement in developing the group growth strategy together with the senior management team

  • Involvement in defining and overseeing cross border operational strategic projects (e.g. best practices transfer in procurement, operational excellence)

  • This role offers a large degree of autonomy with significant exposure to top management (group management and country level management teams).

 


THE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • +5 years of experience in IB or Corporate Finance

  • Strategic, analytical, and commercial thinker, as well as resourceful problem solver

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work closely with the senior management teams as well as interact with entrepreneurs, advisors and small business owners

  • Motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask across projects

  • Ability to work independently while communicating and developing strong working relationship with the country teams

  • International work exposure a definite plus
