THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are currently partnered with a Private Equity backed infrastructure business as they undergo a buy-and-build strategy. Working closely with the CFO and Director of FP&A, you will play a key part in analysing financial data models to identify risks and upside potential within the business to relay to shareholders.
THE ROLE:
Have a strong understanding of analysing business models
Establish and maintain key relationships with existing and potential investors
Involvement in defining and overseeing growth & commercial strategy projects
This role offers a large degree of autonomy with significant exposure to top management (group management and country level management teams)
Based in either Cologne/ Hamburg or Munster, the role will report directly to the CFO & Director of FP&A
THE REQUIREMENTS:
2+years of experience in M&A/ Deal Advisory / Transaction Services with a background from investment banking, PE, Consultancy or Big Four
Advanced Excel and modelling skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to work closely with the senior management teams as well as interact with entrepreneurs, advisors and small business owners
