OVERVIEW & SPECIALISM:

Ben is a trusted advisor to Private Equity CFOs within the mid and large-cap landscape who are looking to build best-in-class Finance functions to help them execute their respective value-creation plans. He has a 10-year track record of building highly effective finance capabilities for Private Equity assets, and helping C-1/2 finance leaders navigate their way to their first CFO appointment.

CAREER BACKGROUND:

Originally from South Wales, Ben moved to London to study Ancient History at King’s College London. Upon completing his degree, Ben joined a boutique finance search firm - Harper May, as a graduate and helped to set-up the executive search function. After several years with the firm, he was promoted to lead their Search practice.

INTERESTS:

Being from Wales, Ben is an avid rugby fan, along with football and many other sports. In his spare time, he enjoys reading Greek mythology, going to music gigs and spending time at the nearest Karaoke bar.
