Ben specialises in searches for C-suite, and Senior finance professionals for Private Equity backed businesses across Europe. Ben focuses on technology (SaaS/IoT), and consumer goods and healthcare organisations, providing finance leaders that help businesses scale. His down-to-earth and honest approach allows him to work closely with management teams and investors to align with the challenges and strategies of the business to deliver first-class solutions.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
Originally from South Wales, Ben moved to London to study Ancient History at King’s College London. Upon completing his degree, Ben joined a boutique finance search firm - Harper May, as a graduate and helped to set-up the executive search function. After several years with the firm, he was promoted to lead their Search practice.
INTERESTS:
Being from Wales, Ben is an avid rugby fan, along with football and many other sports. In his spare time, he enjoys reading Greek mythology, going to music gigs and spending time at the nearest Karaoke bar.
