Altus Partners are working exclusively with an impact-focused private manager that is looking to strengthen its Sales & Marketing team. The fund currently runs private credit strategies but is looking to expand this across equities and alternatives (impact funds). They are going through an exciting growth phase and are looking to make several key hires to strengthen their team from the Senior Associate through to the Director level. You will work with the sales team and represent the firm’s fixed-income strategies to institutional clients. The business is going through an exciting growth phase and the role provides an opportunity for you to serve as the organization’s primary champion and subject matter expert for their credit-focused investment products, as well as wider alternatives as the business grows.
THE ROLE:
Leading on all aspects of fundraising and ongoing investor requests
Handling RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, etc. and custom investor reporting jobs in collaboration and close communication with the global IR team
Assisting with preparation of regular meeting materials
Creating innovative and insightful presentation content for current and prospective investors
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Client-facing experience with a background in Fixed Income and credit-related strategies
Experience working and supporting institutional sales teams
Ability to assimilate complex and varied market data into a timely case for product investment
Experience presenting to an internal audience, one-on-one and larger groups
Ability to drive ideas from concept to completion through efficient project management and execution
Solid verbal and written communication skills required
