THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners has partnered with a leading Alternatives Asset Manager that is looking to bring on a Change Manager to join the Transformation team as the business is currently going through rapid growth. The role will work closely with the business and corporate functions to define the change, develop the project infrastructure, create a project plan, drive delivery and ensure project objectives are met.

THE ROLE:

The change manager is expected to take full ownership of the project, manage the process for delivery and actively shape the thinking on the project in partnership with the relevant stakeholders when defining key deliverables. The role will support the build out of the Transformation function and help the broader organisation to strengthen its change capabilities.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

•Developing and agreeing the project charter with the relevant business stakeholders

•Setting up the project infrastructure and managing project delivery

•Structuring of analyses and deliverables with relevant stakeholders and developing business requirement documents

•Coordinating delivery of project deliverables owned by other stakeholders

•Taking a hands-on approach in leading specific workstreams and being responsible for project deliverables

•Managing SteerCos and Working Groups

•Managing the project plan, risks & issues, project reporting

•Facilitate review of project deliverables by relevant SMEs to ensure they meet requirements

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

•Experience in successfully leading change in financial services with strong problem solving, analytical and project delivery track record•Strong project management skills

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Proven project delivery track record

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build strong relationships and facilitate change

•Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to familiarise themselves rapidly with new topics/businesses

•Ability to work in environment of uncertainty

•MS office proficiency
