Altus Partners are delighted to be partnered with a Private Equity backed SaaS organisation based in London. The company operates a leading platform with multi-tiered subscription packages. Having consolidated their position in the UK market, they are now planning an aggressive international expansion based on broadening their product suite and making strategic global acquisitions. In line with recent and substantial funding from a leading Private Equity house, the company is now seeking a CFO to lead the next phase of strategic growth and ensure that strong financial frameworks are in place to facilitate the expansion.
THE ROLE:
Contribute to developing the strategic agenda and financial planning of the business and its execution
Leading the finance function and oversight of all operational finance activity, along with corporate development activity
Prepare and present the board pack materials to internal and external stakeholders including investors
Playing a crucial role in all future M&A activity, helping to scope investment and transaction strategy, and leading on delivery
Managing and developing a finance team, acting as a visible face of the business both internally and to external parties
Ensuring that robust frameworks and systems are in place to accommodate continued rapid growth
Develop the investor narrative and brand image
Present regular insightful management information, including market analysis, budgets, forecasting and necessary commentary
Establish and ensure the adherence to financial processes that meet the statutory requirements of the organisation
Managing and developing relationships with investors and key stakeholders across the business
Model financial climate scenarios and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Fully Qualified (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
Prior experience in a SaaS business and understanding of key SaaS metrics
Experience working in a private equity or venture capital backed business
Ideally will have experience scaling an organisation
