THE SEARCH:
We have partnered with a global asset manager to seek an Investor Services Manager to take the initiative with investor relations and investor servicing. This business is still in its start-up phase however the organisation is built around high calibre individuals, through their drive, ambition, and professionalism. This is a new division within the business therefore it is an opportunity to make this position your own.
THE ROLE:
The candidate will focus on DACH clients. Responsibilities include:
•First point of contact for investor queries
•Partner relevant teams to onboard new clients
•Deliver client communications on key events and provide regular updates
•Client reporting•Co-ordinate, prepare and attend client operational due diligence meetings
•Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
THE BACKGROUND:
The successful candidate will have significant previous experience of investor servicing or client relations within asset management. It is essential the candidates speaks German to a native level. The individual must be able to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
