Altus Partners are delighted to be partnered with a Private Equity backed ESG Consultancy to hire a Divisional lead for their Munich office. They require an experienced ESG Consultant profile from a Top Tier consultancy & a fluent German speaker. This person will focus on building a pipeline of projects & winning new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s exciting growth.
THE ROLE:
Based in Munich, the successful candidate will report directly to the CEO. The primary focus will be creating new business opportunities & winning new projects within ESG consulting.
You will be responsible for leading the execution of these projects, all within the realm of Environmental Services and Sustainability
You will lead on all commercial activities, such as pitching, marketing and creating business plans.
You will ensure a high-level of stakeholder engagement throughout and manage communication channels.
The successful candidate will play an integral part in developing the company’s growth strategy.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 7 years in Consulting from a Top Tier Consultancy
Proven expertise within ESG, Environmental, Sustainability and Climate Change topics
Must be fluent in German
Experience in delivering on strategy projects successfully and in a timely manner
Collaborative, self-starter, strategic & analytical mindset
Great communication, presentation & commercial skills
