THE SEARCH:
As a Director of Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and optimisation of our client's extensive portfolio of infrastructure assets. You will lead a dynamic team of professionals and collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives, enhance asset performance, and maximize returns for our investors.
THE ROLE:
Asset Strategy: Develop and implement asset-level strategies that align with the fund's investment objectives and long-term goals.
Portfolio Oversight: Oversee the entire infrastructure asset portfolio, monitoring performance, risks, and opportunities.
Value Enhancement: Identify opportunities for value creation, operational improvements, and cost efficiencies within the portfolio.
Risk Management: Manage and mitigate asset-specific risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project partners, government entities, and regulatory bodies.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and investors, providing insights into asset performance and strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of asset management professionals.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate for this Director of Asset Management role will possess the following qualifications
Experience: A proven track record of at least 5 years in asset management, with substantial experience in infrastructure or private equity.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute asset-level strategies that drive value.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen, including experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
