THE SEARCH:
A global asset manager with over EUR300bn AUM is seeking a Director to join their high calibre team. This is a highly reputable organisation with an established global presence, investing across a variety of public and private market strategies. This position sits within the DACH Institutional Sales team and will focus on raising funds across the broad range of funds.
THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity to be entrepreneurial with business development efforts across the DACH region. Primarily you will prospect institutional clients, utilising the full suite of funds, developing fundraising strategies for potential and existing investors, overseeing the full life-cycle of mandates, and managing current relationships. You will also build strong relationships with the internal investment teams to best position funds with target clients.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
The individual will have experience of raising capital across the DACH region at another asset manager or private markets platform. It is important that the candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the business prioritises relationship management. This position is autonomous, therefore a great deal of drive and a commercial mindset is required.
