THE SEARCH:
We are working with a fast-growing business, backed by an impressive PE fund with an ambitious buy and build strategy. The business has an experienced management team and a strong track record in Corporate Development - it is now looking for an Director of Corporate Development to build a function.
With a well resourced roll-up strategy, this role will assist in building the business into a market leader within the sector. You will be responsible for the entire Corporate Development function. This will include corporate strategy, M&A (Origination - Execution - Integration) and also leading a team.
The business is headquartered in London/ South East and work with a hybrid model.
THE ROLE:
Responsibility for the entire deal cycle (Origination to Integration).
Driving forward acquisitions, presenting to senior leadership and the board.
Leading the Corporate Development function.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience of Corporate Development from within a PE Backed Portfolio business.
Experience leading M&A Activity as a functional lead.
Understanding of Accountancy, Fintech and Independent Financial Advisors is preferred
