Altus Partners are delighted to be partnered with a Private Equity backed consumer organisation. The technology-led business has a diverse product suite and rose to prominence due to excellent brand positioning. In line with recent funding, the company is now seeking a CFO to lead the buy & build strategy and deliver exponential growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join and acquisitive, fast-paced organisation with a view to an exit event in the future.

 

THE ROLE:

  • Leading the finance function including oversight of all operational and commercial finance activity

  • Partner with CEO to ensure strategic KPI’s are met and maintain dialogue with investors

  • Leading on all M&A and integration activity

  • Managing and developing the finance team

  • Ensuring that robust frameworks and systems are in place to accommodate continued rapid growth

  • Present regular insightful management information, including market analysis, forecasting and necessary commentary

  • Establish and ensure the adherence to financial processes that meet the statutory requirements of the organisation

  • Strong management of working capital, cashflow and liquidity positions

  • Managing and developing relationships with investors and key stakeholders across the business

  • Model financial climate scenarios and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fully Qualified (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)

  • Prior Private Equity experience

  • M&A or acquisition integration experience is highly beneficial

  • Previous consumer experience is an advantage
