Altus Partners are delighted to be working with this growing Private Equity backed business to appoint a Financial Controller. This award winning London based business is a disruptor in its market and has a very strong multisite proposition that is leading the way with its technology. You will be expected to support and work closely with the CFO providing all Financial reporting, analysis and relevant management information. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the next stage of their growth, whilst experiencing the fast paced and changing environment that this business operates within.
THE ROLE:
Responsible for all Financial reporting
Financial Dashboards
Statutory tax filings, including VAT returns
Produce accurate and timely month end and year end reporting
Assisting the CFO with ad-hoc tasks and projects
Manage current finance team
THE REQUIREMENTS:
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask across projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a multisite and/ or healthcare environment is preferable
Knowledge on BI/data would be an advantage
Excellent Excel skills
Data analysis: Ability to process and interpret data.
Problem solving: Capable of logical structured problem solving (root-cause analysis) with execution and implementation power
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders across the business.
Collaboration: capable of constructively working with colleagues to achieve objectives, flexible and adaptable with positive energy.
