Altus Partners is excited to partner with a leading growth equity firm that invests in groundbreaking companies that can scale to global players.
THE ROLE:
You will lead the finance function. The mission of the role is to streamline finance operations to ensure they effectively understand business performance and can allocate the resources strategically and cost-effectively.
The key responsibilities to include:
Ensure accurate accounting and record keeping,
Drive funds flow and controls, treasury and tax compliance.
Conduct regular financial planning, budgeting and analysis,
Ensure timely production and review of allocations across entities, and
Drive automation through smart outsourcing and the use of modern cloud technology.
Work with select portfolio companies to onboard metrics, and
Coordinate and control quarterly portfolio valuation process.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
This role will suit someone who is entrepreneurial and who can demonstrate creativity, hands-on initiative, and execution. The ideal profile is someone with 5-8 years of experience and a background in Strategic Finance or FP&A, including a few years in either investment banking, consulting, an investment role, or corporate finance.
