Altus Partners is delighted to be partnered with a Private Equity backed B2B SaaS organisation based in London. They have recently raised a substantial amount of capital due to a follow-on investment and are currently seeking an FP&A Manager to upstream the finance dialogue and data presentation to the investors. The company has a broad product suite, with 2 flagship products, and is extremely data driven. This role will report into the CFO and lead on all commercial analysis and market entry strategy for new territories.
Build and develop the international analysis team
Lead on all data presentation and commercial insight to the board and investors
Play a crucial part in developing the investor narrative and overall equity story
Analysis of ‘go to market’ strategy for new products internationally
Develop and implement the group financial planning model, incorporating P&L, cash flow, balance sheet and key performance KPIs.
Working with key operational managers, implementing a monthly reforecast process, highlighting risks and opportunities to budgets
Monthly reporting of the reforecast/cash flows and BTA
Performing sensitivity analysis as required
Modelling to assist with future fund raises
Ownership of the annual budget cycle
Working closely with senior management modelling and preparing business cases for opportunities highlighting key impact on P&L and cash
Business partnering with sales and marketing teams on delivery of the budget and forecast.
Implement weekly and monthly commercial reporting providing the business with a global view of performance v budget/forecast highlight key risks and opportunities
Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Prior SaaS/ARR experience is highly beneficial
Exposure to a high growth technology led environment
Management experience will be beneficial
