Altus Partners finance build-out practice are delighted to be partnered with a Private Equity backed B2B SaaS organisation based in London. They are a market-leading organisation in their field with established international clients and consistent growth across the group, both organically and through their successful buy & build strategy. The company is now seeking a Group Finance Manager to help implement best-in-class financial frameworks and systems that are robust and can help facilitate continued growth as they navigate a pathway to exit. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-calibre team and gain exposure to a PE transaction. The position will suit someone from a SaaS/enterprise growth background or a larger established finance function with exposure to best practice.
THE ROLE:
Day-to-day oversight and management of the finance team as it continues to scale
Ensuring robust financial controls and frameworks are in place that can stand up to growth
Presenting insightful MI, analysis and financial information to the CFO and investors
Full ownership of the close process for the group ensuring the month is closed in a timely manner.
Preparation of multi-currency consolidation of the group P&L and Balance sheet
Implementation and continuous improvement of the management accounts pack to support the business growth and complexity
Strong balance sheet control ensuring all account and reconciled and reviewed monthly.
Preparation and submission of UK year end statutory accounts
Working with our accountants for submission of year end corporation tax returns
Reviewing and ensuring the financial accounting for the group ensuring the correct treatment of items regarding revenue, intercompany and share options.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Prior SaaS/ARR experience is highly beneficial
Exposure to a high-growth technology
