THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners is working with a leading UK mid market fund with over £1bn AUM which will typically invest between £10-50M, taking both minority and majority positions. This fund has a buy and build strategy and is looking for someone with corporate finance experience. The fund has significant capital to deploy and the suitable candidate will be able to hit the ground running.

 

THE ROLE:

  • Working on a high deal volume

  • Involved in deals from start to finish across the full deal process

  • Operational involvement with the portfolio

  • Tracking relevant market trends

 

THE REQUIREMENTS 

  • Experience in Corporate finance, most likely coming from the Lead Advisory or TS

  • Ideally professional qualification – ACA, CFA

  • Strong modelling and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
