Altus Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading lower - mid-market private equity fund who are looking for an Investment Manager to sit within the team based in London. They have an impressive reputation in the market across the UK and a senior management team with an impressive deal track record. They are now looking to bring on board a driven, eager, and entrepreneurial Investment Manager.
THE ROLE:
You will be actively involved in all aspects of the investment process, including:
•Deal origination
•New investment opportunity assessment
•Market and sector research
•New investment due diligence, managing external due diligence
•Preparation of investment papers
•Portfolio monitoring
•Delivering portfolio value enhancement through to exit
•Leading investment juniors
THE REQUIREMENTS:
•At least 2 years in Private Equity and experience leading am investment from start to finish
•The individual needs to be a strong communicator, with the ability to balance competing priorities, build relationships and work independently with a keen eye for detail across the UK SME.
•Highly ambitious with maturity and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
•An interest in Technology
•Degree from a leading university Bachelors and or Masters
