​THE SEARCH:

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading direct equity infrastructure business and one of the world’s largest investors in infrastructure assets. As part of a well-established team, the firm is looking for an individual to assist with the management and coordination of communications and relationships with existing clients and investors in their existing funds, and also work to support the team as they kick-off their latest fundraising round (starting in Q4 2022).  

In addition, you will provide support by helping to originate, coordinate and manage new fund investor prospects and mandate clients within, as well as various ESG projects and initiatives.

 

THE ROLE
  • Assist with the day-to-day coordination and management of relationships with existing and new investors in the funds. Support and assist the organisation and coordination of regular client events and communications.

  • Co-ordinate, support and assist in the collection, analysis and reporting of Fund, Portfolio Company and ESG data, case studies and Information requests to investors.

  • Engage in team-wide projects as appropriate. This may include team development, governance improvement, risk management or innovation initiatives from time to time.

  • Assist with coordinating and preparing for client meetings and calls, participating where appropriate.

  • Support the interaction between the wider team to ensure co-ordinated client and public communications, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory disclosure requirements.

  • Co-ordinate the production and publication of marketing materials including fund presentations and pitchbooks, investor updates and quarterly reports, seeking continuous improvement in the use and presentation of data and content

  • As appropriate and with the support of the team, originate, lead and assist with the development of new investor relationships for subsequent fundraisings as appropriate globally.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-4 years of relevant IR experience gained in an alternative / private markets fund, investment bank, management consultancy, or placement agent

  • Good understanding of pension funds and institutional investor markets and dynamics with an understanding of key trends and developments in the infrastructure, private equity, property and/or leveraged finance markets

  • Good academics (2:1 minimum degree classification)
