THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are working exclusively with a leading private markets investment firm that is going through an exciting growth phase and is looking to hire a Senior Associate/VP to join their London-based investor relations team. The candidate will be a core part of the Investor Relations Team with a focus on Project Management in support of the Private Equity strategy, with responsibilities focused on fundraising and investor support; investor presentations and reporting; co-investment and syndication; and portfolio and fund analysis.
THE ROLE:
Oversee, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously such as assisting with investor due diligence requests, conducting market research, preparing materials for LPs, and building relevant investor-focused models.
Preparation of fundraising materials and select quarterly reporting materials
Execute ad hoc business development initiatives including strategic projects
Produce market research, competitor analysis, and presentations for internal strategic meetings
Oversee the work of junior members of the team
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Between 2 – 6 years of experience working in a similar Investor Relations role within another private equity firm or placement agent
Good financial acumen able to disseminate complex data and information into investor-friendly content
Ability to drive ideas from concept to completion through efficient project management and execution
Solid verbal and written communication skills
