THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are currently partnered with a Private Equity backed digital infrastructure business as they undergo a buy-and-build strategy. Working closely with the CFO and Head of Business Controlling, you will have previous experience of working within a Private Equity business to drive the growth cycle forward and ensure that the acquisitions of smaller bolt on companies are led successfully.
THE ROLE:
Based in either Cologne or Dusseldorf, the role will report directly to the CFO
Have a strong understanding of IFRS or German GAAP, you will drive projects within the controlling department
Involvement in developing the group growth strategy together with the senior management team
Establish and maintain key relationships with existing and potential investors
Involvement in defining and overseeing growth & commercial strategy projects
This role offers a large degree of autonomy with significant exposure to top management (group management and country level management teams).
THE REQUIREMENTS:
2+years of experience in FP&A with a background from investment banking, PE, Consultancy or Big Four
Exposure end-to-end M&A deal execution capacity, in particular strong capability for deal origination
Advanced Excel and modelling skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to work closely with the senior management teams as well as interact with entrepreneurs, advisors and small business owners
