Altus Partners is delighted to be partnering with a leading independent oil and gas operator with a strong track record of material value creation. They are looking to hire an Investor Relations and Corporate Finance Manager who can become a catalyst to the company’s rapid growth trajectory and support the Investor Relations team based in London.

THE ROLE:

  • Working closely with the Head of Investor Relations and the Executive Team to facilitate their efforts in enhancing understanding of the company's performance and future prospects within the financial capital markets.

  • Conducting comprehensive reviews of sell-side analyst models, in collaboration with the corporate finance team, and preparing consensus analyses related to these models.

  • Maintaining, updating, and identifying new opportunities for the Investor Relations target list and database.

  • Assisting in the coordinating investor meetings, encompassing conference registration, targeting, logistics, preparation, feedback collection, and arranging follow-up meetings.

  • Assisting in managing the Investor Relations calendar, scheduling investor meetings, sales desk presentations, and sell-side meetings.

  • Contributing to the creation and timely submission of Investor Relations materials for the monthly Board Reports, including statistics from the investor relations database and information gathered from brokers.

  • Prepare Market Analysis reports in view of supporting the development of presentation materials, which may include peer reviews, key market statistics, and relevant news updates.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three years of experience in Corporate Finance at a top tier investment bank, Consultancy or Big Four.

  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management teams as well as interact with clients.

  • Strong modelling and financial / accounting skills.

  • Strategic, analytical and commercial thinker, as well as resourceful problem solver.

  • Motivated and self-driven, with the ability to multitask across projects.

  • Ability to work independently while communicating and developing strong working relationship with teams across the business.
