THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading Private Equity investor. The team are seeking a CFO for a first time buy out to, work in close partnership with the company board and management team to support them through the entire value creation plan to deliver accelerated growth and ensure investments exceed performance targets and objectives.
THE ROLE:
Will require the successful applicant to restructure the finance and operations of the business.
Aid improvements in processes, controls, and systems to support the implementation of business performance enhancing initiatives
Make several acquisitions (already identified by the business) solve individual growth challenges and manage risk exposures whilst supporting strategic developments at board level
Previous exposure of working for a PE backed SAAS business as a CFO is necessary - having an exit is desirable.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Degree Qualified from leading University
Proven track record as a CFO for a PE backed Business
Will require a proven track record of acquiring and integrating acquisitions
ACA Qualified ideally or ACCA or CIMA
Proactive nature and ability to make tough decisions
