Their strong market position has led them to an impressive AUM of +$20 billion, which is managed across multi-disciplinary teams. With your client services experience in a family office setting, you will benefit from an experienced team who support private clients both locally (London) and offshore.

 

THE ROLE:

  • As a part of their dedicated focus across private clients, the family office is looking to strengthen their team in line with the business growth. The team will be complemented by your experience in client services, either from a family office or the trust division of an Accounting practice. In assuming this role, you will support Executive management and closely lead engagements with clients, which include the following responsibilities:

  • Managing clients’ portfolios and ongoing relationship management

  • Overseeing administration of clients, including onboarding and the finalization of engagement letters

  • Collaborating with business units in support of attending to client queries

  • Contributing towards new business opportunities

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 4 years in a trust or family office setting as a Client Services Administrator

  • Client facing with the ability to manage high profile portfolios

  • Good command of administrative responsibilities and excellent organizational skills

  • Effective communicator and team oriented

  • Agile with the eagerness to contribute to related workstreams

  • Problem solving aptitude

  • STEP or ICSA qualification advantageous
