Altus Partners are delighted to be working with a leading UK based lower mid-market credit fund that are looking to hire a direct lending Senior Analyst or Junior Associate into their direct lending investment team.
THE ROLE:
Support investment sourcing by preparing origination materials and presenting to potential borrowers and advisors.
Lead the credit due diligence process, build accurate leverage finance-based financing models, provide views on potential financing structures and prepare investment committee submissions.
Present transactions to fund boards, investment committee and investors.
Participate in the preparation and negotiation of credit and equity documentation with support and oversight from senior team members.
Be responsible for monitoring and the reporting of the investment portfolio.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
2-4 years of experience gained in private credit or leverage finance from a leading financial institution.
Demonstrable and applicable knowledge of financial analysis, and track record of having executed complex financing transactions.
Strong academic background and highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
