Altus Partners are excited to be partnered with a Private Equity backed software business which just secured significant funding from some of the world’s leading investors. The business has a global presence and this role can be based in Oslo or Stockholm. Their new investment will help fuel an aggressive push into the US market and further development of new innovative technology that will keep them at the forefront of their industry. They are seeking a Director of Procurement to help facilitate their growth plans. THE ROLE:
Lead the overall strategy and vision for the global procurement function
Lead negotiations on all master supply contracts and other critical agreements for the business
Build and develop a world-class team
Establish key relationships with both internal and external senior stakeholders
Continually evaluate key commercial terms, trends, performances and risks
Business partners across various key business units
Work closely with the CFO and CEO on key commercial projects
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Business or related field preferable
Extensive experience of leading a global procurement function
Excellent analytical skills
Fluent in English
Experience of working in a complex, international organisation
