THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are currently working in partnership with an instantly recognisable private equity backed E-Commerce business. Over the past 12 months they have seen a dramatic increase in turnover and are in the process of bringing a new innovative product to the marketplace. In line with recent private equity funding, they are now looking for an experienced Finance Director to ensure key strategic milestones are met.
THE ROLE:
Offer key strategic advice and analysis in relation to further international expansion and growth strategy
Global risk management
Ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures
Manage the day-to-day running of the Finance department
Oversee the annual audit process including liaison with external auditors
Preparation of KPI’s and financial information
Ad-hoc commercial project work with the CFO
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive PQE
Previous private equity experience
Successful track record operating, partnering with and influencing exec-level stakeholders
Experience working in a high-growth environment
E-Commerce/retail experience desired but not essential
