THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are currently partnered with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed multisite healthcare buy-and-build that is headquartered in Frankfurt. Our client is backed by a leading, prestigious fund that has an outstanding track record in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. They plan to grow aggressively and expand further into a highly fragmented marketplace across Europe over the next 18 months through acquisition. This role will suit an ambitious individual who is keen to progress into a CFO within 3-4 years.
THE ROLE:
Work closely with the CFO to build out a finance infrastructure that supports the company’s rapid growth
Collaborate with the corporate development team, assisting on M&A processes
Management of Controller team responsible for the day-to-day running of Finance
Leading, developing and expanding the Finance department
Regularly communicate with the PE backers alongside the CFO
Cashflow forecasting
Continuously contribute to the company’s strategy
Business partner closely with the CEO, CFO and other senior stakeholders to ensure the group hits its strategic milestones
Work with the CFO to deliver a successful exit
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working in a private equity backed environment
Experience working in healthcare beneficial but not essential
Confident communicator
Fluent in English and German
