owning financial modelling and rolling forecast process. This will mean owning our multi-year financial models and delivering monthly performance reporting, which will provide actionable insight to support achieving our company objectives.
Detailed modelling, analysis and scenario planning of the business performance and KPIs. Actively understand the drivers and proactively recommend ways to improve.
Working closely with the financial controllership team, own and develop our financial planning tool to improve quality and timeliness of our management reporting.
Cultivating and fostering strong relationships with our specialist finance business partners across Sales & Marketing, Customer Care, R&D and G&A, to help with improving the accuracy and relevance of our financial plans.
Experience in a top Consulting firm/Investment bank for at least 2-3 years and 5+ years of experience within strategic finance for fast growing private tech/software company.
Naturally at ease building and owning sophisticated financial models and performance metrics that will drive some of the most important decision making.
You are poised communicator, willing to challenge the status quo, and not hesitant to voice your informed point of view.
