Altus Partners are pleased to working with a Private Equity backed B2B technology business, based in London. As part of a finance team-build out, following their recent investment from a leading PE firm, they are seeking an ambitious FP&A Analyst/Manager to work closely with the Group Finance Director. This individual will be passionate about commercial finance and will be forward-thinking. This is a great opportunity to develop and learn under an exceptional C-suite team in a fast-paced environment.

 

THE ROLE:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • Preparing financial and strategic plans for the wider organisation

  • Preparing and building annual budgets and forecasts

  • Analysing the past financial performance and providing feedback to senior team members

  • Reconcile account revenue variances and produce reporting on any discrepancies

  • Assist the Finance Director with commercial projects and investor reporting 

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified of Finalist ACA/ACCA/CIMA

  • Strong commercial finance background

  • Highly analytical

  • Experience with cloud-based accounting systems

  • High level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong IT skills, advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent communication across all levels within a business
