The business has a global presence and this role can be based either from London, Oslo or Madrid. Their new investment will help fuel an aggressive push into the US market and further development of new innovative technology that will keep them at the forefront of their industry. They are seeking a Global Payroll Manager to help facilitate their growth plans, in terms of headcount and revenue. THE ROLE:
Ensure that payroll is processed on time and accurately
Preparation of monthly payroll taxes for all legal entities
Identification of new software/automation
Collaborate with the Finance and HR departments on various projects
Implementation of robust controls and processes
Lead on setting up new international payroll functions
Various ad-hoc project work
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Finance or Accounting
4+ years of International payroll experience
Track record of working in a rapidly scaling business
Excellent Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
